Thursday, November 6 (Welcome Events)

Quinq Welcome Reception
Check in at the Student Life Center, Commodore Ballroom; 310 25th Avenue S, Nashville, TN 37240.
Downtown Kick Off Party
Check in at the Skydeck on the third floor of Assembly Food Hall. Enter from Broadway across from Bridgestone Arena. After passing Hattie B's, you will see the sign for "Assembly Food Hall, South Hall" entrance. Take the elevator, escalator, or stairs to the third floor "Skydeck". Look for VU Check-In Table on arrival.
Friday, November 7 (Campus Activities)

Evening Class Parties

Parking Information

Thursday - Quinq Welcome Reception

Location: Student Life Center, Commodore Ballroom; 310 25th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37240.
Thursday - Downtown Kick Off Party (SkyDeck @ Assembly Food Hall)
5th + Broadway Garage (Note: Validated parking available at this garage only.) This garage, located at 5055 Broadway, is run by Metropolis, and for ease, please register your license plate ahead of your arrival.
Pre-Arrival Instructions:
- Visit the Metropolis Parking website.
- Sign-up for an account by entering your phone number.
- Follow instructions to add your car's license plate number.
- Scan garage's Metropolis QR code upon arrival.
- Parking validation will be available at Skydeck check-in.
Parking Instructions:
- Turn into the parking garage entrance at 5055 Broadway.
- Proceed down the ramp and then to the right to the parking garage.
- Proceed ahead, then take the first right (Level B1) or go down one floor (Level B2) and park on the right side of the lot. Park near the blue elevator bank.
- Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Turn right when you exit the elevator.
- Continue straight and then Assembly Food Hall will be on your left.
Friday - Campus Activities
Parking is available in any non-reserved space in these parking garages:

  - Please use the entrance on Highland Avenue.

Shuttle Service is available from 7:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. with drop off locations around campus, picking up from all four parking garages:
- Fine Arts Circle
- Sarratt Center
- Kirkland Circle
  *This drop off location will only be used after 5:30 p.m.
Parking for 50th Reunion Party and Quinq Dinner
Complimentary valet parking is available at the two off-campus dinners:
- For the Quinq Dinner, complimentary valet parking is available at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, 2100 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203.
- For the Class of 1975 50th Dinner, complimentary valet parking is available at the Aertson Hotel, 2021 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203.
- Should you choose to self-park, both hotels are located in close proximity to the Terrace Place Garage, located at 2010 Terrace Pl, Nashville, TN 37203.

Saturday - Homecoming Tailgate and Football Game

Parking is available in lots near FirstBank Stadium and is managed by the Athletics Office on game day. Please visit the Athletics website for additional parking information. Note that Single Game Parking Passes are available and advance purchase is recommended.
Sunday - Quinq and 50th Reunion Commodore Classroom and Quinq Brunch

Sunday - Farewell Bluegrass Brunch

Have questions during Reunion Weekend? Text the Reunion Concierge! Reunion team members are on standby to respond to Reunion-related questions and mobility assistance requests via text. Please note golf carts cannot leave campus. This line will be operational from November 6-9 at the hours listed below.

Accessibility on Campus

The VU Accessibility Map details accessible entrances and doors throughout campus.

Accessible Parking Options

Guests can park in any handicap parking space on campus with their existing placard.
Please review the campus parking map for handicap spaces located throughout campus.
A limited number of golf carts will be available during Friday events and the Saturday Tailgate for guests with mobility access needs.
Accessible parking permits are not issued for the weekend. Those with state-issued placards or tags may park in any accessible parking spot not marked reserved. The state-issued disability parking ID and/or license tag and the Reunion parking permit must be displayed.

At All Times

Do not park illegally in spaces designated for individuals with disabilities, in fire lanes, in fraternity and sorority lots, special student lots, reserved spaces, or areas not specifically marked for parking. Vehicles will be towed from these areas.
