Downtown Kick Off Party
Check in at the Skydeck on the third floor of Assembly Food Hall. Enter from Broadway across from Bridgestone Arena. After passing Hattie B's, you will see the sign for "Assembly Food Hall, South Hall" entrance. Take the elevator, escalator, or stairs to the third floor "Skydeck". Look for VU Check-In Table on arrival.

Thursday - Quinq Welcome Reception

Location: Student Life Center, Commodore Ballroom; 310 25th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37240.
Valet parking is available at 2401 Vanderbilt Pl, Nashville TN 37212.
Thursday - Downtown Kick Off Party (SkyDeck @ Assembly Food Hall)
5th + Broadway Garage (5055 Broadway) (Note: Validated parking available at this garage only.) 505 Broadway Garage is ran by Metropolis, and for ease, please register your license plate ahead of your arrival.
Pre-Arrival Instructions:
- Visit the Metropolis Parking website.
- Sign-up for an account by entering your phone number.
- Follow instructions to add your car's license plate number.
- Scan garage's Metropolis QR code upon arrival.
- Parking validation will be available at Skydeck check-in.
Parking Instructions:
- Turn into the parking garage entrance at 505 Broadway.
- Proceed down the ramp and then to the right to the parking garage.
- Proceed ahead, then take the first right (Level B1) or go down one floor (Level B2) and park on the right side of the lot. Park near the blue elevator bank.
- Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Turn right when you exit the elevator.
- Continue straight and then Assembly Food Hall will be on your left.

Valet parking is available at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel (2100 West End Ave, Nashville, TN) in order to take a shuttle to the Embassy Suites for the event.
Ride Share via Lyft, with the code "VUREUNION24", is available and complimentary up to $25.
Saturday - Homecoming Tailgate and Football Game

Parking is available in lots near FirstBank Stadium and is managed by the Athletics Office on game day. Please visit the Athletics website for additional parking information. Note that Single Game Parking Passes are available and advance purchase is recommended.
Saturday - LAVA Big Drag Bus Tour

Parking is available in Terrace Place Garage (2010 Terrace Pl, Nashville, TN 37203) during the tour. Shuttle check-in and boarding will be outside the Terrace Place Garage.
Sunday - 50th Commodore Classroom and Quinq Brunch

Location: Conrad Hotel, 1620 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203
Complimentary parking provided at the Conrad Hotel.
Sunday - Farewell Bluegrass Brunch

Guests may park at the 25th Avenue Garage, 2401 Highland Ave, Nashville, TN 37212. Entrance on Highland Avenue. Do NOT park on floors 8, 9, and 10.

Friday Evening Shuttles to Embassy Suites Downtown for 50th Class Party and Quinq Dinner

Complimentary shuttles will be available for those attending this event. Shuttles will depart from the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, beginning at 5:15 p.m. Pick up from the Embassy Suites to return to the Loews Vanderbilt will begin at 9:30pm, with the last shuttle departing from the Embassy Suites to the Loews Vanderbilt at 10:30 p.m.

Ride Share

Ride shares are recommended for pickup and drop-off, given limited parking due to construction. A Lyft code available to all Reunion and Homecoming participants is worth $25 and can be used once per Lyft account within half a mile of these locations:

For the Thursday Kickoff Party Downtown at Assembly Food Hall:
- The Lyft code is “VANDYKICKOFF” and the drop-off/pickup location must be within a .5 mile radius of Assembly Food Hall.
For events Friday through Sunday on or near campus:
- The Lyft code is “VUREUNION2024” and the drop-off/pickup location must be within a .5 mile radius of these locations:

Guests can park in any handicap parking space on campus with their existing placard.
