Registration Information

Guests at Reunion 2019.

So many events, one extraordinary weekend! Visit the Main Schedule of Events, hosted by the Reunion Office, to see what we have in store. Also check out "Additional Events" hosted by our campus partners and alumni groups, and "Greek Events" hosted by the Greek organizations to plan your full reunion weekend.

Note on Registering:
We recommend previewing the full agenda on the registration site prior to beginning your registration to plan your weekend (filter for "Undergraduate Reunion"). Once you begin the registration process, it is recommended to complete the form, as event selections cannot be saved if you must exit the form without submitting.

Package Pricing

For convenience and ease, we have introduced new package pricing! While our previous style of "a la carte" pricing is still an option, if you are attending more than one event, a more economical option may be purchasing the "All-Access Pass" for your Reunion year.

Packages, or "All-Access Passes" still require registration, but once you have registered and made your event selections, no further fees or registration will be required onsite. All events on the Main Schedule are included in the package pricing.

Professional Clothing Drive for Students

Help VU students dress for professional success! When making your plans to come back for Reunion Weekend, consider bringing one or more items of gently used professional business attire to donate to the Vanderbilt Student Government (VSG) Free Thrift Store and help build up the professional clothing inventory.

This initiative will help provide free professional attire appropriate for interviews, networking events, career fairs, and the office. Items can be dropped off on Friday, October 7 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. outside of E. Bronson Ingram Residential College and the Sarratt Student Center Room 307c. Let’s see the impact that 30 Reunion classes can make on this campus community need!
