VUSM Reunion FAQs

  • When is VUSM Reunion registration opening?

    VUSM Registration will open the week of July 20.  

  • Do I need to register in advance?

    Please register in advance so that we have an accurate count for food and seating. 

  • When registration opens, how do I cancel or modify a registration?

    Registrants can modify or cancel their registration directly through the link in your confirmation email.  If you have additional questions, please contact the VMAA team at medalumni@vanderbilt.edu. 

  • What events are family friendly and do I need to register my kids separately?

    Most events are not designed for younger children. However, you are welcome to bring children to events, but we do ask that you register them. The Saturday Game Day events are the most family friendly events of the weekend.

  • What is the refund policy if I am unable to attend?

    Refunds will be given in full up to September 30, 2026. Beginning October 1, 2026, refunds will not be provided. Regardless of the date of refund request, in lieu of accepting a refund, you are welcome to turn your refund into a gift towards the Vanderbilt School of Medicine.
