Registration is open!

So many events, one extraordinary weekend! Visit the Main Schedule of Events, hosted by the Undergraduate Reunion Office, to see what we have in store. Also check out Additional Events hosted by our campus partners and alumni groups, and Greek Events hosted by the Greek organizations to plan your full reunion weekend.

Registration Instructions

  • Reunion Alumni & Guests
    1. Visit the Reunion Registration site (Click Here) and select "Register Now"
    2. Fill out the Primary Registrant information fields (name, class year, address, etc).
    3. Add guests. 
    4. Select "Reunion Alumni + Guests" package.
    5. Make event selections from the popular Reunion events listed. Use the Continue button at the bottom of the screen to move through the registration form. There is an opportunity to make a class gift before the check-out page.
    6. Submit payment. Payment must be completed to secure registration. At this time, we only accept online payment via credit card. 
    7. Check your email for registration confirmation. Save for future reference at Reunion. 
    8. Registration is complete. See you in November!

  • Quinq Alumni & Guests
    1. Visit the Reunion Registration site (Click Here) and select "Register Now"
    2. Fill out the Primary Registrant information fields (name, class year, address, etc).

    4. Select "Quinq Alumni + Guests" package.
    5. Make event selections from the popular Quinq events listed. Use the Continue button at the bottom of the screen to move through the registration form. There is an opportunity to make a class gift before the check-out page.
    6. Submit payment. Payment must be completed to secure registration. At this time, we only accept online payment via credit card. 
    7. Check your email for registration confirmation. Save for future reference at Reunion. 
    8. Registration is complete. See you in November!

  • Homecoming Alumni & Guests

    5. Make event selections from the popular Homecoming events listed. Use the Continue button at the bottom of the screen to move through the registration form. There is an opportunity to make a class gift before the check-out page.
    6. Submit payment. Payment must be completed to secure registration. At this time, we only accept online payment via credit card. 
    7. Check your email for registration confirmation. Save for future reference at Reunion. 
    8. Registration is complete. See you in November!

Event Pricing

Events for Reunion Weekend are priced individually for convenience and flexibility. Early Registration pricing will end on September 30. Regular Registration pricing will be in effect October 1 - October 31. Last Chance pricing begins November 1 through the close of Reunion Weekend. After Reunion begins, all registration is on a space-available basis, so please register early.

Fees and Refunds

Refunds on event fees are available through October 31. Please note that gifts made during registration are final and cannot be refunded. Please direct inquiries to the Reunion Office (reunion@vanderbilt.edu).

Modifications and Cancellations

After Registration opens, if you need to modify or cancel your event selections, please visit the "Update My Registration" page, select "Vanderbilt Reunion 2024" and enter your email address.

For cancellations, please anticipate five to ten business days for the refund to process.

Payment Information

Payment must be made via the registration portal and all major credit cards are accepted.

If you require cash or check payment, please contact our office reunion@vanderbilt.edu. Due to the ongoing remote operation of our office staff, we regret that cash and check payments cannot be received during advance registration.
